Case is made of ESteel™, which is a material that Panerai incorporates recycled metals within. It is mostly of brushed finish with the exception of the case back which has a spun finish to it. The bezel is also of ESteel™ and equipped with a green ceramic diver's bezel insert. Watch comes on a green fabric strap which is also made of recycled materials. 

Time and date are displayed on a green polished gradient dial that is accompanied by luminescent hour markers and dots. Verde Smeraldo translates to emerald green from. Located at the 3 o'clock position is a date aperture and at 9 o'clock is a small seconds sub-dial.
